Sales & Marketing Assistant Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist the sales and marketing team with daily tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and conducting wedding tours
• Support the sales managers with coordination of wedding day events which may include coordinating decorations/favors/welcome signs.
• Create daily event signage and weekly sales reports
• Help create and assemble sales and catering promotion kits.
• Update social media content in order to drive brand awareness and presence
• Update internal marketing materials
• Contribute innovative ideas to sales and marketing Director to assist with keeping up with current marketing standards

Requirements:

• 2 years proven experience in a sales/marketing office
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing team player
• Advanced computer skills
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Ability to lift/push/pull 30 lbs.
