About Our Team
You will be working in a team consisting of 6 members (excluding the Recruitment department)
Job Role
As our new People Partner, you will be providing the full scope of HR processes to employees by:
- managing and evaluating end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes
- conducting regular one-to-one meetings with the employees of the assigned teams
- maintaining Performance and Salary review processes
- cooperating with employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention
- monitoring and managing employee motivation
- participating in problems and conflicts resolution
- supporting the research and development of HR initiatives
We are waiting for you in our team if you have:
- 3+ years of progressive work experience in a medium-sized/large companies
- experience within a large company (100+ employees) and international environment
- at least upper-intermediate level of English proficiency
- knowledge of the US labor law
- good understanding of HR processes and best practices
- ability to plan your own work and proactively set your tasks and priorities
- experience with HR Tools (BambooHR preferably)
We will treat it as a bonus if you have:
- experience in conducting HR research and metrics
- degree in Psychology or Pedagogy
