The Director of Human Resources provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organizations’ HR operations. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals. As a strategist and thought leader, you will successfully lead our organization to success through progressive human capital strategies. You will lead our Human Resources team to accomplish key business objectives, implement cultural and organizational change.
