Wayfair is expanding into Physical Retail and we’re hiring a project manager to support all Talent/HR projects. The role is part of the Physical Retail PMO team that oversees the end to end timeline for store launches as we stand up and scale stores across North America. Our team is growing fast and this is a unique opportunity to join us as we’re just getting started.
As a project manager supporting our Talent/HR workstreams, you’ll focus on supporting projects that include change management in stores, training & onboarding programs, recruiting events, and more. You will empower stakeholders to organize and execute their roadmaps, projects, or communication plans by leveraging project management tools, processes, and best practices.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, that has managed multiple projects with many stakeholders, has an understanding of project methodology, and is a strong, detail-oriented communicator and executor.
