Overview: We are looking for someone who enjoys supporting the success of others to lead the Human Resources functions for our Corporate tribe and support global HR functions, applications, programs, and projects. In this role you will be responsible for supporting and guiding execuitves and employees in talent development, employee relations, talent acquisition/pipeline development, relationship management, succession planning, and projects. Reporting to the Global Talent Director, you will also support the development and implementation of organizational design.
This role is a hands on leader, both engaging coaches in building their competence as leaders of people as well as working alongside of HR staff in delivering company supported people practices and programs.
This role offers the flexibility of working fully remote or a hybrid.
