Summary: Serves as a liaison between customers and North Florida Sales personnel and performs customer service & administrative related duties to ensure smooth running of office operations by performing the following duties.

Education And/or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and a working knowledge of Excel to include formatting.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write reports or correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate well with employees.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to payroll as well as practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.
