We Care Behavioral and Mental Health Hiring for Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Bryn Mawr, PA Full Time

The Diversity & Inclusion Consultant is responsible for leading efforts to research and evaluate progress toward the organization’s diversity and inclusion goals. In this position you will provide metrics and recommend best practices to leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic partner to support the hiring managers and leaders to determine best methods to collect, visualize and report diversity metrics
• Provides community outreach to diversity organizations across our footprint.
• Follows the strategic direction outlined in our annual diversity strategic plan and STI scorecards
• Recommend diversity trainings for hiring managers to improve retention
• Establishes processes to collect, visualize and report benchmark data and meets monthly with State Presidents to review.
• Creates reports demographic data to identify areas of opportunity
• Prepares, analyzes, and manages the distribution and communication of department
• Oversees and maintains data related to all pipeline programs to provide ROI information.
• Identify key gap areas potentially affecting ability to remain competitive in attracting and retaining a diverse workforce.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree in business administration, human resources and cultural diversity required
• Minimum of three (3) years of related diversity/inclusion analysis experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
