Required Minimum Education: High school graduate required. Prefer 1 to 2 years of college or additional
training in business, accounting, and information systems.
Required Minimum Experience: Prefer a minimum of 1 year general office experience; healthcare or
related field preferred. Must have experience in Microsoft Office with strong working knowledge of Word,
Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. Exposure to inventory management and budgets helpful.
Required Minimum Skills: Computer proficiency required, including knowledge of word processing software
and excellent typing skills. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability
to accept responsibility and follow through with assignments. Must be able to handle calls and visitors in a
professional and courteous manner. Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities
