Manages the operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant, including the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Ensures achievement of restaurant objectives is reached in all areas while following all company guidelines. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices. Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew.

Experience & Qualifications

• One or more years of Restaurant General Manager experience
• Must be 18 years of age
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record with reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Must work a minimum of 48 hours per week with availability to open, close, and work weekends.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and MVR required.
