High volume automotive, truck service and repair Facilities Including a state of the art transmission Department in our Escondido facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team player that wants to work with all ASE Technicians and industry leading Service Advisors. Our perfect candidate will have experience running Automotive Repair facilities and is looking at moving to the next level.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service oriented General Manager to be responsible for the following:
- Work with Service Advisors in the 4 locations to maintain great relationships with our customers and employees.
- Assisting Managers to achieve their weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
- Assisting Technicians with any needs and concerns.
- Working in stores to cover for Managers when they have time off.
- Communicate with owner on progress and needs to achieve goals
