WORK SCHEDULE
The HR Generalist’s schedule will vary with the demands of the work. The typical business hours at the support center are 9am-6pm.
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist performs a wide variety of professional level human resource functions including interpreting human resources policies and laws. In addition, the HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), benefits, unemployment, FMLA and Worker’s Compensation administration, safety and employee relations.
Qualifications:
