HR Manager
West Feliciana Hospital is looking for a full-time HR Manager to join the team! The position will work closely with an HR consultant and will be responsible for the overall management, administration and coordination of human resources activities for the hospital and clinics, including recruiting, on-boarding, benefits/salary administration, performance management, employee relations, employment compliance, leave administration and more. The position typically works Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a need to work overtime as needed. Qualified candidates will have 7 years of progressive experience in an HR role, with 5 years of management experience and experience in the medical industry preferred.
