Responsibilities:
How You’ll Make an Impact –
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
Develop strategic partnerships with our business leaders and employees at all levels.
Provide guidance/input to management on workforce organization, planning and succession.
Assess, recommend, and implement solutions for people leader and employee development.
Lead and support diversity, equity & inclusion, community outreach, and social responsibility initiatives in our local business communities.
Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective onboarding of talent with a focus on engagement and retention.
Partner/Collaborate with HR Business Partners in other office locations across our family of companies to design, implement, and support programs that positively impact employee engagement and our Employer of Choice work environment.
Qualifications:
What You’ll Need to Succeed –
An undergraduate degree or equivalent in Human Resources. Advanced education or related HR certification is a plus.
3 – 5 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis/focus in the areas of employee relations/coaching, talent development and/or change management and team building.
Demonstrated employee relations and coaching skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
Sound project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, leverage support resources, and establish/meet deadlines.
Professional communication skills with a history of building strong business partnerships.
A reputation for being a collaborative team player.
