We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our rapidly expanding organization. The position is in Twin Falls, ID. The Operations Manager would be responsible for implementation of business measures, strategies and DOT policies and ensure compliance to create and maintain a safe workplace.

Skills:

• Prior work experience in courier industry
• Excellent leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and numeracy skills

Responsibilities:

• Screen drivers for safety behavior

• Screening should include the driver’s motor vehicle record (MVR), a road test, and a discussion about driving history
• Train drivers on vehicle operation
• Ongoing defensive driving training is critical to long term road safety
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
• Oversee day-today office management tasks, ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to
• Lead a team of people, ensuring all training needs are met, performance is monitored, and feedback provided at regular intervals
• Prepare, revise, and submit reports, budgets and other documentation as required
• Implement quality management and other regulatory compliance strategies in line with company policy
• Constantly assess customer feedback and make necessary improvements

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task are essential
• Basic IT skills operate industry standard software used in courier industry
• Ability to work with all types of individuals
