We are seeking Full-Time Human Resources Technician positions for our Human Resources department
General Responsibilities for HR Technician:
Will assist in maximizing the effectiveness of the Human Resources Department by performing assigned job responsibilities
Must exercise sound judgment, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Must have acceptable oral and written communication skills, proper phone etiquette, and the ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and manage time appropriately.
Submitting Workers Compensation claims
Assisting with Recruiting
Onboarding new hires
Qualifications and Skills for HR Technician:
High School diploma or GED Certificate (Required)
One-year clerical experience (Preferred)
Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable DMV record
