Digital-Out-Of-Home Advertising Operations Manager – Denver, CO or New York, NY

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and owning a global digital-out-of-home network of digital screens and signage within owned and retail partner locations. You will own relationships with vendors for technology and hardware while collaborating with the Western Union Media Network team to create an advertising program, inclusive of programmatic and direct advertising partnerships.
Role Responsibilities
Ownership and establishment of advertising operations and processes across digital-out-of-home network, including hardware and technologies
Management of digital screen network, software, and ongoing maintenance
Communicate and collaborate with vendors, managers, and cross functional groups to proactively identify opportunities, implement new initiatives, and resolve issues
Collaborate with Media Network team to create strategic advertising partnerships, both programmatic and direct
Work in close partnership with ad operations and content teams to ensure ad and content entry, delivery, and reporting
Role Requirements
8-10 years in an advertising sales or account management role, B2B experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience in digital-out-of-home/retail advertising, agency or in-house
Knowledgeable about AdTech, MarTech, Programmatic media, digital and omni-channel marketing, and personalization
Exceptional operational skills, including experience managing strategic accounts.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ownership mindset with propensity for finding unique solutions to business challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation abilities

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $99,705 – $175,720 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
