Responsibilities
Professional Efforts: o Process all new hires to ensure all necessary paperwork is done in accordance to all applicable laws and policies o Accurately process payroll each pay period and maintain necessary records to support the payroll calculations in compliance with Department of Labor requirements o Manage employee benefits including 401k and health insurance o Ensure all withholdings for payroll, including any state garnishments are done in accordance with all applicable laws and procedures o Ensure all employee terminations are processed timely within the appropriate systems Professional Success: o Ensures any identified issues are resolved in a timely manner o Ensure all employee benefits are administered timely and accurately o Ensure withholdings are processed timely and accurately o Ensure all terminations are completed within 24 hours of receipt of notice Professional Customer Satisfaction: o Ensure employee payroll and HR benefits are handled in such a way as to encourage a long term relationship between the employees and the dealership

Prior HR and Payroll experience, Experience using EV5 Payroll Processing
