Weyerhaeuser is searching for a skilled Human Resource Business Partner to support our unionized Engineered Wood Products manufacturing facility in Emerson, AR. The successful candidate will be an active and engaged member of the Emerson Lead Team as well as the Engineered Wood Products HR Team providing support for special projects as assigned. This individual will provide onsite human resource leadership to the Emerson mill and will report to the HR Director – Engineered Wood Products, with a strong dotted line to the Mill Manager.
As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the human resources systems at the Emerson mill including the core HR processes of recruiting, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, community engagement, training, etc. This highly motivated individual will advise leaders on moderately complex strategic operational and business goals and be skilled at incorporating relevant tools to facilitate solutions.
