This position is responsible for providing facility human resources functions to include employee recruitment and retention, benefits administration, personnel policy, worker’s compensation, and the payroll process for all of our amazing staff. Typical work hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Excellent compensation and benefits package to include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401K, Accident and Cancer policy options, and many more!
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required, 2 years business experience in human resources and payroll processing procedures or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Experience with Paycom and healthcare experience preferred. Must be familiar with worker’s compensation, unemployment, and EEOC laws. Must be versatile enough to cross-train. Ability to direct enforcement of personnel policies. Must follow confidentiality rules of company, facility, and HIPAA regulations. Should be proficient in computer skills, have the ability to multi-task, and make decisions under pressure to meet timely deadlines and goals.
