HR Generalist
The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of HR duties including Recruitment, Onboarding, HR SOP standards, Payroll support, Employee Relations, HR reporting, Worker’s Comp, Benefits, etc. The HR Generalist will be the primary contact for all employees. HRG must be comfortable with high amount of data entry and clerical tasks, background checks, properly maintaining digital files, etc. HRG must be a strong relationship builder. HRG is also responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and documenting procedures. HRG will create and maintain office policies and documents including creating communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, training materials and other documents. HR professional is also anadvocate for the employeeswhile being a practical and savvyimplementer of policy.

Skills/Requirements/Certifications:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
· Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Keen attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Supreme discretion
· Outstanding communication and relationship-building
· Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
· High level verbal and written communications skills

Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
