Whitehouse and Schapiro Hiring For Warehouse Book Scanning Operator at Hanover, MD Full Time

We receive books from buyouts, thrift store overstock and donations. The warehouse scanners scan all books and our system determines if they should be accepted to being listed on Amazon. If they are not accepted the books are placed in the recycling section. If the books are accepted, they have to be graded and then shelved.

You will have to be comfortable moving pallets with a pallet jack and operating a lift. Sometimes you will have to move pallets around but the majority of time you will just be scanning books. You have to be comfortable working in hot and cold environments. Heaters and fans are provided.

The pay rate is 14$/hr and the hours are Monday-Friday from 7am to 3:30pm in Hanover MD.
