The Project Manager works with crews, peers, and senior management to align priorities and deliver projects on time within budget and within scope. Wildcat Project Managers monitor progress of projects and prepare reports for dissemination to all stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

• Provides project management including reporting and data integrity, processes, best practices and business support functions.
• Runs daily development meeting with cross functional teams and vendors
• Administers MCSAs for the market service providers
• Interacts with the crews, scoping, and other PMs on a daily basis to coordinate project success and on-schedule delivery
• Works with market cross-functional departments (RF engineering, site acquisition, zoning, construction, transport and project accounting) and peers in other markets to identify and share best practices
• Identifies and communicates critical path items in an effort to shorten overall project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Measure project performance
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with senior management as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document communicate projections, constraints, shortfalls, and surpluses

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years’ work experience in wireless site development, telecommunications, technology or similar project management experience
• Technical Tower construction know-how is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Comfortable managing and motivating teams of employees with multi-functional capabilities
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excited by to a fast pace site deployment / launch environment experience
• Able to create and present executive level presentations summarizing the status of projects.
• Able to manage and interpret large amounts of data and assess opportunities and communicate risk and suggest mitigation plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
