Interacting with employees to respond to questions about policies, benefits, process and procedures. Coordinates facility employee activities and programs as well as maintaining employees files, compliance, payroll, programs, and regulatory standards.
This position will have supervisory responsibilities on the HR team and will report to the Chief HR Officer of the hospital.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is required. HR Certification is preferred.
5 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership/management experience, required.
Employee/Labor Relations experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office products and previous experience in reporting and applicant tracking systems.
