Patient Services Specialist – Full-Time – Wednesday thru Sunday
Willamette Vital Health, your local nonprofit that helps families through one of the most difficult times in life — losing a loved one — is searching for a Patient Services Specialist to work full-time in our fast paced, front office, Wednesday thru Sunday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Role: The primary role of the Patient Services Specialist is to provide specialized administrative support for clinical staff members and managers, helping to facilitate our work with patients and their families. This position regularly communicates with doctors, managers, and staff to clarify, coordinate, and obtain information needed for effective patient care. As a member of our Patient Services team, the PSS assures all patient and related medical documents are properly completed and all required information is entered in the electronic medical record (EMR).

We provide full PPE equipment to employees providing patient care and COVID testing to employees as required. All employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID and follow all CDC, OHA, CMS, and OSHA regulations to work in our offices or in the field.
