Human Resources Generalist

Position Summary
The primary objective of this role is to plan, manage and carry out the day to day HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HRIS systems are updated with employee information and process status changes and terminations.
• Point of contact for staff, ensuring all inquiries and matters are handled promptly
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer various human resource plans for the different employee types
• Assist in communicating organization policies and procedures
• Prepare statistical and compliance reports
• Manage all aspects of benefits package as well as leave requests
• Ensure organization is legally compliant

Qualifications

• 3+ years of union manufacturing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to be onsite
• Strong Background in Employee Labor Relations
