Job Requirements
- Hours 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday
- Drive forklift throughout the day
- Work outdoors in all weather
- Unload delivered materials, including from flatbeds, enclosed trailers, and train cars
- Check-in, stage, and store materials in designated locations
- Inventory and verify the quality of materials
- Load materials onto customer pickup trucks and trailers
- Maintain door and window inventory
- Receive plant average incentive pay on top of base pay after a 3-week probationary period
- Earn early go home hours based on plant average early go home after a 3-week probationary period
- Lift, push, pull up to 80+ pounds repeatedly during the day, occasionally exceeding 100 pounds
