Job Duties
Prepare presentations, trainings, special reports, and routine correspondence.
Serve as primary or back up payroll person.
Coordinate special events and luncheons.
Keep company phone and email lists up to date.
Assist with staffing when required.
Maintain employee files.
Assist with monthly audits and inspections.
Employee relations.
Prepare and issue written warnings, suspensions for attendance as needed.
Assist with coordination of benefits packages.
Coordinate supplemental insurance enrollments.
Issue company insurance enrollment paperwork and ensure documents are completed accurately and on time.
Assist with coordination of Compensation / Raises
Track FMLA / LOA.
Prepare documents for FMLA, LOA.
Coordinate drug screens, background check, employment references, offer letters
Data entry of all employee applications.
Respond to employment verifications.
Enter employee schedules / changes.
Handle all vacation / time off requests – update management team by emailing calendar
Maintain and update HR training matrix.
Process all new hires, maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking of raises and eligibility of benefits.
Complete and process terminations paperwork
Complete and process pay changes, employee change of data forms, and payroll deduction forms.
Maintain Job Descriptions.
Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new employees.
Serve in a backup trainer for New Hire Orientation.
Weekly Payroll ? review hours and make corrections as needed for all Windsor Employees.
Temporary Staffing ? calculate hours, send to staffing companies, match time card to invoices.
Track Perfect attendance; issue bonus hours, reduction in points as required
Comply with all Environmental /Safety Policies.
Track attendance & documentation for absences. Update attendance spreadsheet daily.
Maintain petty cash.
Make travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
Handle mailings and post office runs.
Maintain copier and fax.
Answer telephones in a polite manner and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Greet visitors and ensure sign-in procedures are followed.
Responsible for maintaining Worker?s Compensation Filing System, assists with work comp process.
Assist with emergency response and first aid treatment / training
Assist with other departmental duties as needed to ensure coverage on all shifts.
Other duties as assigned.
