Responsibilities of the Warehouse Leader:

• Strategically manage operations in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Directs workflow (and allocates overtime if necessary) to accurately ship every sales order that prints before the designated cutoff
• Assigns workers to specific duties such as order picking, over-packing, UPS/FedEx processing, respooling, skid wrapping, BOL printing or samples processing
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Orient, coach and motivate employees
• Maintain and keep a safe efficient warehouse
