As the VP of Operations, you will lead ateam focused on marketing excellence at both a local and national level. You will be responsible for developing a team accountable for driving brand awareness, guestacquisition, brand affinity, and overall sales growth.This role is perfect for someone who has executive marketing experience, is anexcellent communicator, wants to leave their mark on a brand, has a knack foranalytics and reporting, restaurant experience, and can manage the brand across all markets via marketingin printed collateral, online and digital presence, social media spaces, and localadvertising to reflect the quality and essence of the brand to drive long-termbusiness growth.What You ll DoOwn the overall marketing strategy of the company. You will help execute andbuild the vision for how our brand is represented and targeted to guests.Experience in analyzing and assessing performance data, to optimize themarketing mix across audiences, channels, and marketplaces. Clearly trackingROI, CAC, LTV, and other relevant marketing metrics.Manage a local and national advertising budget and deliver to new usergrowth expectations while maintaining CAC goalsHire, lead, and develop, a growing team of performance marketing channelexperts to continue to grow our guest base and drive retention.Develop and execute industry-leading performance marketing to improveefficiency as the brand scales.Oversee the functions of Lifecycle Marketing (includes email), DirectedMarketing (includes video media), Performance Marketing, ExperientialMarketing, Owned Social Media Marketing, Site Experience, and Partnerships.Work directly with key performance marketing platforms and vendors toinnovate and deploy marketing products and tactics.Oversee the creative process from the beginning of each new concept andguide on how to best supply assets for all marketing channels and solutions.Be a powerful voice at the leadership table to help evolve the brandScale the business to continue to grow and be a market leaderAbility to lead media planning and purchasing for broad/top of funnelmarketing and lower funnel conversion.Contribute to the short and long-term strategies of the organization through areview of business practices, and lead the development of an innovative,highly competent marketing team that is in alignment with those strategies.Monitor and manage performance to ensure adherence to all servicestandards, sanitation standards, and productivity standards.Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback and developmentopportunities for individuals throughout the ops teams.Create and oversee practices that ensure each team member clearlyunderstands and is held accountable for their respective performanceexpectations.Evaluate leader performance and provide appropriate guidance and/orrecognition.Support recruiting strategies to proactively address an increasinglycompetitive landscape in the broader employment market for hospitalitypositions.What You’ll Bring To The Table10+ years of successful marketing management experience: Performancemarketing analytics, guest segmentation, social media, sales-orientedmarketing, restaurant-focused marketing. management/leadershipoperations experience required.Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and other performance marketing tools.Marketing tech stack knowledge.Experience managing end to end site experience and roadmap.Previous senior management experience leading marketing teams in a geographically dispersed brand environment.Bachelor s degree or equivalent work-related experience is required.Solution-oriented mindset.Excellent knowledge of food and kitchen operations.Demonstrated ability to effectively build a marketing team.Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices.Guest-oriented and service-minded.Strong problem solving and excellent analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High energy and excellent coaching skills.Advanced analytical skills.Excellent organizational skills and be able to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make immediate independent judgment decisions.Experience working with restaurants.Wings Over is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
