Administratively support the WBS Recruiting, HR and Training team, so that candidates and employees are consistently met with the highest level of customer service.
HR Admin Predictive Index
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Recruiting, HR and Training team
Greet and interact with all guests that come to the HR office
Create job requisitions in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
Post jobs on Indeed, and other career opportunity platforms
Connect new hires with HR for onboarding both verbally and by sharing documentation
Coordinate and execute the pre-hire documentation, background check process, drug screening processes and launch payroll onboarding modules
Update and distribute weekly reports to managers
Communicate and deliver required information to HR, as new hires near onboarding
Launch a variety of surveys to hiring managers, and other employees
Communicate with schools’ Career Services and schedule career fairs and hiring events
Help coordinate HR sponsored events including recruiting, culture team, and learning and development events
Communicate next steps with candidates after the career fair/hiring events
Prepare new employee badges and distribute them to the branch’s HR Generalist
Assist with administration of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS)
Aid in the creation, organization and maintenance of company training materials
Provide Assistance with the Predictive Index (PI) organization and employee usage
Other duties as requested
Qualifications & Required Skills
Qualifications include:
Education – High School Graduate
Experience – 1+ years’ administrative experience
Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
Excellent Customer Service, including a sense of urgency to juggle and complete tasks
Comfortable in a varied and fast paced environment
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions
Office environment, Monday – Friday 8 – 5.
