As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first contact with all clients. You will be part of the team to give our patients the best experience by providing excellent customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greeting and interacting with guests in the waiting area
- Checking in patients and communicating any schedule changes
- Answering phones
- Excellent customer service
- Sales over the phone
- Customer education
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining provider calendars

Education:
- High School Diploma
Requirments:
- Mininum 1 year medical spa/aesthetics experience required.
