As part of an expanding, global Human Resources team, the Human Resources Manager will act as the primary partner to business leaders and their team members. The incumbent will be responsible for providing general HR support and advice to managers and team members on HR programs and processes. The incumbent will identify HR solutions and strategies needed to support business, operational, and team member needs. The role is a true generalist position with involvement in different HR areas including retention, engagement, culture and inclusion, individual development, employee relations, and compliance.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
This position will be based out of WittKieffer’s Oak Brook, Illinois office, and is eligible for a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days working from home per week.
This position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $130,000 based on your experience and qualifications, plus a target bonus of 15% of base salary. WittKieffer offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life and disability insurances, and generous paid time off.
