You’ll be playing a huge role in improving the recruiting experiences of Hiring Managers and job seekers alike by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues, and playing a supportive, proactive role that directly affects the success of our customers.
You will help us by developing client relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The Client Support and Success Specialist serves as a Hiring Coach to our clients and works closely with them to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. The primary objective of the role is to improve client retention and provide world-class customer service.
We use a proactive approach to help support our customers and ultimately make sure they are as pleased as can possibly be. That’s why having a fantastic customer service background with a passion for support and guidance helps our customers make the best hires possible. We love to help people build productive, successful teams!
This is a work-from-home opportunity in a customer support role, but customer service is only scratching the surface of daily tasks. It’s called “coaching” because you’re not just completing administrative tasks for our customers, but you will become the resident expert in analyzing account performance.

Compensation:
$54,000 plus bonus potential
Responsibilities:

• Master the ins and outs of the WizeHire product and service to properly educate customers and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities and their technical backgrounds
• Handle and resolve customer requests, complaints, and issues with care and attention to detail through deep diving into problems with the goal of offering realistic, data-driven solutions
• Provide world-class support to customers via chat, zoom, phone calls, and handcrafted messages
• Advocate for customers by providing consistent and sound advice regarding job ad content and performance
• Review job ads for accuracy, grammar, and SEO optimization to ensure customers attract the right talent
• Work closely and respectfully with Sales, Engineering, and other WizeHire teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and uphold company culture
• Documentation of customer interactions and applicable follow up internally and externally

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience in a client-facing account management role
• Access to adequate remote work such as a quiet setting and stable internet service
• Ability to work a full-time, 8-hour shift M-F
• Tech-savvy; able to quickly achieve high proficiency in a variety of technologies including CRM, and apps such as Slack and Intercom
• Inquisitive with excellent problem-solving skills; solutions-oriented
• High attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
• A genuine desire to help others succeed
• Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with professional presentation skills
• Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player
• Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts
• Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
• Well-organized, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
