LOGISTICS COORDINATOR & PURCHASER

Woodfurniture is part of The Oroa group and distributor of several European furniture brands. We have inventory based in a warehouse in Medley and a showroom and offices located in Brickell, Miami.

We are looking for a full-time logistic coordinator.

As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and develop your skills in many areas. We are looking for someone with a Hands-on mentality!

Job Description:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation

• Manage the process from when the customer’s sales order is received until it is fulfilled

• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

• Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs

• Manage relations with carriers, suppliers, and customs brokers

• Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers

• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Problem solving skills

• Manage process’ Quality Assurance: no errors in shipments, on-time orders, alignment with customer requirements, and full regulatory compliance

• Assist in procurement for e- commerce store.

• Evaluate and process claims made by customers.

Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of experience logistic
• Quality decision making, planning, leadership, customer service skills required;
• Must be detailed oriented and organized, focusing on precision of SKU detail
• Computer Savvy
• Bachelor Degree

Office is located in Brickell.

Monday to Friday – 2 weeks paid vacations and health insurance fully covered

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $41,000.00 – $43,000.00 per year
