World Connection is looking for Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing Sales & Marketing Team!

All business engagements and interactions begin from the initial connection and the impression that is left. The connection all begins with the Lead Generation Team and the dedicated individuals within the team. The Lead Generation position is responsible for selling the organizations services through the achievement of opportunity and lead-based sales. The position will develop phone-based revenue generation by establishing ongoing rapport with existing and potential clients using excellent communications skills through written and verbal channels. Reaching business targets through creation of sales leads, initial connections with prospective leads, making outbound calls and answering incoming calls and following up on leads, initiating drip marketing campaigns and initiation of the Sales Stages with comprehension of the movement throughout the pipeline. A studious perspective and willingness to learn are influential components to the success of lead generation. This department will work cohesively with the Research, Business Development and Marketing Teams. Research, analysis of prospective companies and organizations, scripting, messaging and email templates will be provided with the expectation of utilization of these materials. This role is influential in the initial stages of motion within the pipeline. Exceptional verbal communication, confidence and delivery of information to our “audiences” is a fundamental key to success for the endeavors of this team and department. This team will be the experts of industries, verticals, solution selling, communication with prospective clients and World Connection in its entirety. Integrity, vision, passion, ambition, communication and an optimistic and a lively perspective are essential for this role. This role is the voice and first impression of World Connection.
› Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
› Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads
› Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin sales process
› Educate and inform prospects about all of World Connection’s Service & Product offerings
› Receive inbound prospect calls; answer questions and offer suggestions based on a thorough knowledge of the services we provide; qualify prospects prior to offering a site visit. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, prepare forms, reports and comprehensive notes of conversations to then share with the Business Development Team.
› Proactively use solution selling approach to overcome objections of prospective leads.
› Follow up with connections
› Client Account maintenance in CRM database, account collections and other documents
› Collaborate with Sales and the Director of Business Development to determine necessary strategic sales approach and plan for prospective leads
› Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
› Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
› Support marketing efforts by utilizing the collateral pieces for sources of information and for drip campaigns and mass email campaigns.
› Attend periodic sales training where applicable
› Be a facilitator for a positive and collaborative team environment
› Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
› High School Diploma or GED
› A minimum of 1 years of telesales preferred.
› Direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity
› Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
› Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and telecommunications

Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
