Purpose of Position
The digital coordinator is responsible for marketing all World Crawl Entertainment Group brands. The position in
Digital coordinator is responsible for keeping all of our digital marketing assets up to date. The position will also be responsible for discovering any missed opportunities in the company. The position falls under our marketing department. The position is responsible for creating new content through our digital channels including social media, our website and any small complimentary print campaigns. The position will be responsible for fielding direct communication with customers through our digital channels including cell phones and chats.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain our social media accounts with updated high quality video and still content.
- Social media accounts include but are not limited to:
- Linked In
- Tiktok
- Assist in managing our primary digital ticket systems.
- Evenbrite
- Ticketzone
- Setup and manage 3rd party ticketing Platforms which include but are not limited to:
- Expedia
- TravelZoo
- Groupon
- Etc.
- Small digital digital design tasks.
- Manage Live Chat.
- Manage Group Form Submissions
- Manage sales phone calls.
- Discover and implement new strategic objectives in the digital space.
- Run email and digital marketing campaigns.
- Upkeep of our CRM.
- Assess and monitor our Search Engine presence.

Compensation
40 hour / week base while on probation.
+ Commission for the first 3 months.
then reevaluation of base rate after probation.
+ Commission on Primary Platforms
+ Commission of 3rd Party Platforms
+ Commission on New Digitally focussed Strategies.
Terms of Position
90 Days Probationary Period
Task base salary. Not expected to exceed 40h per week.
2 Weeks Paid Vacation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
