The Role

We are looking for a Group Account Director to join our team here in Detroit. This person will be leading a portfolio of businesses within the agency. We are in need of someone who can help elevate the strategic thinking around the brands as they continue to evolve while simultaneously driving a high volume of complex programs.

What you will do…

• Join a leadership team of the agencies finest on a variety of businesses.
• Work alongside the agencies most senior/c-level leaders (sometimes on a daily basis) to continue driving the brand forward in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment
• Manage a large team of high performers as they navigate a highly complex and rapidly changing business
• Partner with your counterparts in Strategy and Creative to ensure we are doing the best creative work possible to differentiate the brand in an increasingly saturated space

Who you will be…

• 12+ years of agency experience with a focus on large, global brands
• Experience working with high touch clients in a highly matrixed organization
• Someone who has worked on a fast paced businesses in a highly competitive and evolving
