Telecommunications Field Technician

The Telecommunications Field Technician performs tasks related to the installation and repair of a variety of client products. Performs basic, moderately complex, and complex troubleshooting activities for various devices including satellite systems (VSAT), DSL, Cellular, Cable and other wireless and wireline connectivity solutions as well as related network equipment and connected media devices. The position interacts directly with clients and end users to address technical issues, restore business operations, and create a positive customer experience.

Bring your techie skills, great attitude and willing to learn and we will train, prepare, and equip you to be successful.

Requirements:

· Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm

o On call/standby rotation required

· Must have:

o Computer and Internet Access

o Valid Driver’s License

o GREAT customer service skills

· Great attitude and willingness to learn

· Ability to work at heights

· Ability to lift 60lbs

Compensation:

· Hourly Rate

· Paid Vacation

· 4 weeks of paid training provided

· 2 weeks of paid on the job training
