Located in Wheaton, IL, Westbridge Assisted Living and Memory Care combines high-quality nursing with a friendly environment where everyone is treated like family. We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, Nursing Services Manager interested in working hand in hand with the nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care to our residents.

This position oversees and manages all aspects of resident care in our 67 unit Assisted Living and 12 unit Memory Care communities. The Nursing Services Manager is also a member of the community management team working collaboratively with other department leaders to ensure success in meeting community goals in operations, human resources, sales and resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Does referrals and family conferences. Collaborates and coordinates with multi- disciplinary team to determine specific needs of residents, and to coordinate services to meet those needs.
• Formulates and directs the implementation of Service Plans that address resident needs and preferences, and enhance health outcomes. Regularly evaluates effectiveness of Service Plan and modifies SP as needed. Oversees Significant Changes and Annual Review Assessments for timely completion and effective implementation.
• Collaborates with other Wyndemere campus care coordination staff to facilitate transition of residents across the Wyndemere Senior Living Campus.
• Creates and manages the staff schedule; identifies staffing needs, interviews candidates, hires and trains staff to assure proper staff coverage.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a school of Nursing for Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current State Licensure in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum 2 years of Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Prior experience leading teams preferred.
• Experience in interviewing/selecting, evaluating, and training staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with employees, residents and families in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintains a courteous and customer-centric approach to problem-solving, goal-setting and management philosophy.
• Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office.
