Daily Job Duties Entails:

• Daily/Weekly Tracker update conference calls
• Customer Closeout Documentation Review/Submittals
• Coordinating with management team and field crew to QC & Confirm site walks/photos/test data/reports/documentation is submitted within a timely fashion
• Preparing Site documentation in Job folders prior to site dispatch
• Vigilant Email reports on status of project completion/pending items to closeout sites
• Prioritizing and organizing work duties to meet 24hr/daily/weekly deadlines
• Understands the scope of work performed on jobs
• Open Communication with managers, field foreman, and other teammates.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $16.00 – $28.00 per hour
