Job Summary Responsible for prospecting and selling to key agencies and key clients who focus their efforts on selling products and services through the purchase of advertising. As a seasoned member of the sales team, may be assigned to provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced Account Executives. Consistently meets all goals and objectives in a timely and organized manner. Must be available for extended hours as needed and be willing to travel overnight as needed. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

xc2xb7 Develops, services and maintains a base of clients and/or agencies who purchase advertising space or other media services to achieve established annual sales goals within assigned sales team.
xc2xb7 Analyzes, develops and presents market research and advertising proposals to support client activities and products. Works with various marketing and sales personnel to coordinate important data and materials for presentations.
xc2xb7 Interacts with various internal departments to carry out client requirements such as scheduling advertising, monitoring account activities and monitoring and managing collections.

xc2xb7 Partner with Ampersand Sales Team members on differentiated Effectv media solutionsxe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Leads Ampersand relationship for assigned agencies xe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Own the strategic relationship with Ampersand and the client levelxe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Develop and pursue potential target accounts from assigned agencies to drive new business and grow revenuexe2x80x8b

xc2xb7 D365 and Salesforce (CRM ) Management of Opportunities xe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Oversee the creation of Agency facing collateral and other agency presentationsxe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Understand the priorities of the agency and/or categoryxe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Understanding of all Local/Regional/National Sports Opportunities xe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Forecast revenue for the assigned agency and client level xe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Prepare & present quarterly business review for Effectv leadership as well as agency clientxe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Oversee, as necessary, tactical work such as make goods, schedule revisions, stewardshipxe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Travel to visit clients as necessaryxe2x80x8b
xc2xb7 Coach and develop Account Managers
xc2xb7 Participates in National Ad Sales events as required (i.e. conferences, workshops, meetings etc.).
xc2xb7 Sets the tone and pace for the National Ad Sales Account Executive team.
xc2xb7 Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals and objectives.
xc2xb7 Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
xc2xb7 Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:
Pay Range: $35,200.00 – $93,236.00
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
Targeted Commission: $165,631
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
