As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will support the LTL Compensation function in the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies. This role will provide expertise around compensation including compensation models, methodologies and analytics. This role is critical in positioning XPO for long-term success.Â

Employees are paid within a salary range based on their experience, skill set, and market.
Â
Colorado annual salary range: $78,000Â to $98,000
New York annual salary range: $81,000Â to $103,000
Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set (eg, if an applicant far exceeds the minimum and preferred qualifications for the role). In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, annual and long-term incentive awards.
