1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 6:30pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Schedule delivery appointments
• Perform freight tendering/carrier selection (with use of routing guide)
• Monitor carrier performance and compliance issues
• Perform data entry; complete track and trace duties
• Provide freight pay and claims resolution

To be successful at XPO, it’d be great if you have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Professional work experience
• The ability to work several sides of an issue to achieve resolution, including carrier, supplier, freight pay and internal customers
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
