THIS IS A 50% WORK FROM HOME REMOTE POSITION

Responsibilities

• Conduct career counseling assessment reviews and guidance via phone, in person and web.
• Mentor and job coach new hires
• Resume training, review and support
• Interview, training, and coaching
• Help ensure local program runs smoothly and customers (companies) are satisfied.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary. We will train.
• MS Office including MS Word and MS Outlook
• Must have own computer
• Ability to work independently
• Must be disciplined, motivated, energetic self-starter with a positive attitude
• High level of professionalism
• Prioritizes and plans work activities, use time efficient

Nice to Have

• Human Resources, Vocational Rehabilitation, or recruiting experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
