Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and leading a team. This includes supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; counseling employees, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Direct reports include: Marketing department, Business Development department
Qualifications:
Education/Training and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and/or
Five to seven years of progressive related experience in marketing, sales and/or business development, including two to three years in a managerial capacity.
Foodservice industry experience a plus.
