What are we looking for?
- M.D ; D.O.; M.S.N. or D.N.P.
- Ability to get licensed in Alaska in a timely manner
- DEA licensure
- At least 7 years of clinical experience
- 5 years of administrative experience including the supervision of healthcare providers
- BLS certification or the ability to become BLS certified within 180 days of hire
- Experience with fiscal management of a medical facility.
- Experience in organizational leadership, personnel management, decision-making, and conflict management
- Ability to actively participate in long-range strategic planning for a university unit and division
- Ability to design, implement, assess and administer programs to support student needs in a higher education environment
