JOB SUMMARY
Leads the implementation of human resources programs as dictated for staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area and at least 3 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a sampling of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Provides oversight for others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
