The Operations Manager supports the day-to-day operations of YPTC’s support function in conjunction with the various departments. This individual partners with the COO and department leaders to support continuous improvement of company processes. The Operations Manager manages an evergreen schedule of agreed upon projects. This individual is also responsible for YPTC’s internal event management, communications (internal and client related), as well as areas of technology, compliance, YPTC’s Bill.com client portal and facilities management.
