Full Job Description

Sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates within the deadline

• Strategizing recruitment drives for mass walk-ins
• Developing Talent Management and Talent Retention Strategy
• Doing Manpower assessment on a regular basis
• Developing job descriptions, KPIs, and review and analyzing of the same
• Coordination with the Placement cell of colleges and keeping a good rapport for internships and placements
• Finding the best platform for recruitment to reduce cost involvement
• Reducing manpower and hiring costs to an expected level
• Releasing documentation and record keeping of employee life cycle

Performance Management:

• Performance review of employees on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Understanding the poor performance and the best performance factors
• Appreciation and reward/ bonus program define
• Developing training sessions
• Employee engagement planning
• MIS preparation for performance reviews
• Performance appraisals conducted annually
• Employee feedback and grievance handling

Role Requirements:

• Must have at least 3+ years of proven experience as an HR generalist profile with competency in recruitment and performance management
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Education qualification – MBA/PGDM – Human Resources
• Should be excellent in verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
