OVERVIEW:
Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of Health care systems, medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products,seeks an accomplished HR Data Management Rep.
Regular Shift/Schedule:
· Standard Workday 9-5 but a flexible schedule is fine. As long as the candidate can attend a couple of weekly meetings that occur around 10 and 11 am eastern, they can work as early or as late as they prefer.
IMPORTANT Remote / Work-From-Home related:
· Around the Alpharetta hub is preferred but remote is fine. The job can be done from home.
· Equipment will be provided.
· Candidate MUST have high-speed wired internet connection. Wi-Fi / Wireless connections are not allowed.
· Candidate MUST have a reliable home-office environment
Job Title: HR Data Management Rep
Duration: 4 months assignment with possible extension
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assists the HR Data Management team with processing hires in Workday and taking action in our case management system, Salesforce.
· A great candidate will be able to learn new things quickly and retain the information necessary to correctly audit offer letters for hires; attention to detail is critical.
· Auditing offer letters consists of reviewing information on each offer letter and ensuring the detail matches the information in Workday, such as hire dates, compensation, organization assignments, candidate information etc.
· This role has high visibility into extremely personal data, and as such only candidates with a proven record of handling sensitive data with care and discretion should apply.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· 5+ years HR data management experience, depending on area of assignment may be required to have relevant healthcare/insurance industry experience.
· Workday experience preferred but not required
· Salesforce experience preferred but not required
· Must have experience in processing hires in Workday and completing cases in Salesforce, such as adding shift differentials, approving legal name changes, updating contact information for former employees, or processing non-start terminations.
· Should be intermediate at performing Excel functions.
· Excellent organization and communication
